Eco Box Australia make deliveries to Australian residents only, currently.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase. An additional email will be sent once your Eco Box has been sent.
If you choose to have your order left at your house with no one home, the responsibility is yours.
Delivery is between Monday and Friday, standard business days and hours.
All orders delivered within Australia have tracking. If your order has not arrived, please contact our customer service department for assistance of tracking at
International orders are sent with Standard Airmail service. This service comes with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements, we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days – We aim to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-10 days within Australia. Rural areas may be more.
IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We honour refunds made within 24 hours of placing your order/renewal. You must email us within 24 hours of your order at and request a refund via email because we process refunds manually. After receiving an email request for the refund, it can take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear back into your account.
We want you to be 100% happy with your box! If you've received your box but are unsatisfied, we're happy to accept a return of the full Eco Box in exchange for store credit if you email us within 14 days of receiving your box.
We do not provide store credit for returned products that are opened, returned after 14 days, damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use. We reserve the right to deduct any shipping and handling costs/fees and are not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE INDIVIDUAL ITEMS IN THE BOX?
We accept returns / replace items that are damaged or defective. Please email us at and attach required photo evidence of any damages/defects within 4 days of delivery of the box. Our team will gladly ship you any replacements for damaged items ASAP!

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
