What is Eco Box Australia?
Eco Box Australia provides you with eco boxes, you can gift our eco boxes or do a one-off purchase, this is including our Clean Easy Breathe Easy Eco Box, Eco Pet Box, The Eco Warrior Box and the Eco Bathroom Box to inspire people to becoming eco-friendlier in their lives. It is designed to help replace the toxic, plastic, unhealthy and environmentally impacting products you use now to be replaced with eco-friendlier products! We want to make eco living easy, so we select 6-8 eco-friendly products sourced from vendors that produce organic, natural, eco-friendly products ranging from cleaning, health, beauty, everyday needs, skincare, and unique eco-friendly lifestyle goodies! Items change each month so it’s always a nice change and surprise to wonder what amazing eco-products you will be getting! Our Subscription box is always delivered with products that is RRP over $100 every month!
Do you ship internationally?
Eco Box Australia does not ship internationally yet. Eco Box only ships to Australia. 
What if I moved and need to change my address?
You can change your address by logging onto your account or emailing us at info@ecoboxaustralia.com. After successfully changing your address, you will receive a confirmation email with your address change. Please ensure that confirmation email reflects the correct new address, and feel free to email us if you need assistance!
What is your refund policy?
We honor refunds within 24 hours of placing your order/renewal. You must email us immediately within 24 hours of your order at info@ecoboxaustralia.com and request a refund via email because we process refunds manually. After receiving an email request for the refund, it can take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear back into your card. We want you to be 100% happy with your box! If you've received your box but are unsatisfied, we're happy to accept a return of the full EcoBox in exchange for store credit if you email us within 10 days of receiving your box. We do not provide store credit for returned products that are opened, returned after 10 days, damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use. We reserve the right to deduct any shipping and handling costs/fees and are not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit back to us.
Can I return or exchange individual items in the box?
We accept returns / replace items that are damaged or defective. Please email us at info@ecoboxaustralia.com and attach required photo evidence of any damages/defects within 10 days of receipt of the box. Our team will gladly ship you any replacements for damaged items ASAP!
What if I received a damaged item?
We will gladly send you a complimentary replacement if your product arrives damaged or defective. Please email us at info@ecoboxaustralia.com and attach required photo evidence of any damages/defects within 10 days of receipt of the box. Please ensure you send us photos of: 1) The outside condition of the box upon delivery 2) The damaged Item showing evident damage/leakage 3) A picture of the inside of the box you received. Our team will gladly ship you any replacements for damaged items ASAP after receiving these photos!
What if my box is lost/stolen?
Every EcoBox comes with tracking and is domestically insured. EcoBox is not responsible for lost/stolen packages once marked as delivered by Sendle or inaccurate addresses entered by the buyer. All claims for lost/stolen items can be made through Sendle official website using your tracking number. Please ensure there is a secure location for you to receive packages, or request boxes to be held at your local post office for pick up to ensure safe delivery.
What if my account has insufficient funds when I am re-billed?
EcoBox is not responsible for any overdraft charges from banks or credit cards. If your card is declined for insufficient funds. Please ensure your credit card information is up to date to be successfully renewed. 
When does my Gift Card Expire?
Well lucky for you it doesn’t! Our Gift Cards never expire so don’t stress, you can use it whenever you want. Yay!
What is your shipping?
Eco Box Australia provides free shipping on all order.
